Hello, my name is Elizabeth Muthoni. I am a Certified Transformational Life Coach, Practitioner of Coaching Excellence, and the founder of Elizabeth’s Life Coaching.

I specialize in supporting people who feel stuck, disconnected, or misaligned to reconnect with their authentic selves. My work centers on helping you gain clarity about who you truly are, align your inner truth, and experience the aliveness that comes from living authentically.

At the heart of my work is a simple and powerful truth. You are not broken. You have simply forgotten your worth. My role is to help you remember who you truly are and to support you in creating a life that reflects that truth.

With a Bachelor of Arts degree and a background in economics and sociology, I bring a unique, systems-aware perspective to coaching. This academic foundation, combined with my training through the Destiny Life Coach and Certification Program, allows me to understand both the inner world of the individual and the cultural, relational, and structural forces that shape our lives. I use this integrated approach to help you move forward with clarity, intention, and precision, guiding you back to your inherent worth and supporting you in creating a life that truly reflects who you are.

I know what it feels like to lose yourself in the pursuit of being enough. I have walked the path from self-abandonment to self-honoring, from wounded to whole, from surviving to thriving. This lived experience informs every session I lead and brings depth, empathy, and real understanding to the coaching process.
